Senior Data Planner / Media Strategist

£400 - £450/day

Logikk is partnered with a global creative agency who is looking for a Senior Data Planner / Media Strategist (with a solid background in utilising Data to enable Multi-Channel Communications) to be based at their HQ in London for an initial 6-month contract, likely to extend as additional SOW’s get signed off.

 

This position requires someone with an unrivalled understanding of data and how it:

  • Inspires great strategies and forms the basis for creative/content briefs
  • Drives the delivery of multi-channel communications, most importantly media.
  • Can be used to optimise performance in a test/learn environment

 

The most important elements of this role are:

  • Establishing what content, what channels and what audiences are targeted to drive growth.
  • Working with 1st party data
  • Collaborating with an analyst
  • Creating comms plans (media, site, email, social)

Responsibilities:

  • Development of multi-channel communications plans to drive relevance and intent to purchase
  • Collaborating closely with a data analyst to define actionable insight from multi-channel 1st party data including site, media, email and social
  • Developing an understanding of local market nuances for shopper/owner experiences and highlighting potential opportunities to deliver business objectives
  • Working with a data analyst to recognise patterns of behaviour that drive intent (purchase, engagement)
  • Supporting the creation of briefs to individual channel owners i.e media, email, site
  • Working to create a test and learn calendar of activities that can be measured, optimized and scaled

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Operated as a high-level data strategist or planner focused on multi-channel communication strategies
  • Ideally having global market experience – having worked to refine strategies to align to local market needs
  • Worked closely with data analysts to develop behavioural segments for targeting based on 1st party data
  • Clear understanding of media targeting, the good and the bad and how it plays a role with other channels including partners/affiliates
