An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients based in South London for a Digital Data/Insight Analyst.
The role sits within the expanding digital team and you would be responsible for drawing insight from a number of different sources including web, app and third party’s data. The idea will be to develop actionable insight that the business can use to better customer experience. We are looking for a storyteller, someone who can take our client on a journey through insights.
As well as providing digital insight you will work on data modelling and a little visualisation. In other words; you must not be pigeonholed in one area but be T shaped across digital analytics (with the deep knowledge data insight). Because of this, it would really suit someone who has had exposure to multiple projects, different ways of working and broad experience across digital analytics.
The team has recently been re-structured from four siloes into one cohesive team that work together in an agile environment, scrum and stand-ups as standard. Previous experience working in an agile environment is needed.
Key things we are looking for…
- Experience with Digital Data within Adobe/Google Analytics (or similar)
- Digital Data/Insight Analysis and storytelling
- Ability to undertake statistical analysis and to provide strategic insight
