We are partnered with a London based agency who is working with a FMCG giant. They are looking for a Contract Digital Data Strategist, to start ASAP, to formulate Data Strategies across multiple Digital Campaigns (also, across multiple brands).
Ultimately these campaigns will be executed across social, display, site etc. where behavioural signals will help them interpret performance and make decisions on audiences and media spend. Typically they will be seeking to learn about audiences over time, so you will need to be comfortable with “data-by-design” thinking – i.e. I seed activity to learn X and then (from the audience pools they have created) now need to do X in stage 2 to learn Y (working with creatives and media stakeholders to implement in line with the agreed strategies).
Essentially this is all around audience development and the data signals you would interpret to continually improve the knowledge of the audience.
You will need to be:
Comfortable working with a business challenge and using data to solve the problem
Comfortable discussing & debating the merits of an approach with other discipline strategists, agencies and the client
Comfortable turning complex data strategies into legible and succinct client-facing documents
Excited by using data to solve problems and working within a creative landscape
Does this sound like something you’d like to explore further? If so, please get in touch with me ASAP.
