We have helped one of our premier FTSE100 clients grow their award-winning data science team from 3 people to 20 over the past 2 years. This team is seeing significant ROI on the products they have built. This means they are making further investments in this team and are looking to grow it even larger.
As a team, they already utilise a mix of Agile methodologies alongside Kanban, but due to the success of the teams work the number of in-flight projects has increased and there is a newly created role for a Lean-Agile Coach to become a key role for the team’s ongoing success.
Working as part of their elite Data Science team you will be responsible for defining best practice standards and processes across the team and aligning these to the business needs. This role is key in defining a lean agile methodology which feeds into increased efficiency without impacting on creativity and effectiveness.
You will be responsible for championing Lean-Agile core values and must be the catalyst in creating an environment of knowledge sharing and continual learning to prevent silos forming and foster a culture of accountability.
The successful candidate will have:
The ability to engage and excite teams around the benefits of lean and agile approaches and be passionate about its principles.
Knowledge of Kanban and how it could work alongside Agile would also be of great benefit.
A good knowledge LeSS, Safe and Nexus are highly desirable.
