We are looking for a Senior Applied Research Scientist whose focus would be on delivery – ensuring the team converts raw research into a working product (not a prototype).
This would be a hands-on science and engineering role, where you will work at the intersection of SOTA Computer Vision, DL science, and large-scale engineering. Working alongside a world-class team of scientists who are working at the forefront of AI to create novel Deep Learning, Vision-based models that are capable of cracking large-scale humanitarian issues that affect the majority of the global population.
As a Senior Applied Research Scientist, your objective is to ensure that SOTA models are delivered on time with the highest accuracy possible and are fully scalable. In the long term, you will be involved with novel research that will lead to publications at the top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, etc…
MSc/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or similar.
Ability to understand complex SOTA research and the underlying math.
Skills with PyTorch are preferred
Experience with Object Tracking (MOT or SOT), Object Detection (Faster RCNN etc…), Few-Shot Learning & GANs
Strong knowledge of Computer Vision libraries such as OpenCV, Scikit-image, etc.
Programming languages – Python & C++, you need to be able to write clean & well-structured code.
Working knowledge of ML techniques for supervised, semi-supervised and unsupervised learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, SVMs, clustering, etc.)
